Joe is part of the building process from beginning to end including being hands on at the site. For certain phases we bring in local subcontractors that uphold our standards of high quality, service and integrity.
We understand cost consciousness and are here to put all the factors together and come up with a fair budget for the project. Although a ball park figure through square footage gives you a starting point the total budget will be connected to things like architectural detail, site conditions, choice of materials, quality of finishes, and construction standards.
