The 90’s till now – WOW! What a long fun trip it’s been. From part-time in Junior High School till now Dick has formally studied this business and has trained beside some of the finest master builders in Northern Colorado. Over the course of forty years Dick, a native Coloradoan, has incorporated those teachings with his own personable style to bring Fort Collins a rewarding building experience. “We have forgotten that this business was originally based on quality and value not quantity and price”, Dick will tell you. He continues by advising all prospective clients, “You should hire someone that has the experience and knowledge to explain and present choices available to you and the advantages or disadvantages of those choices. That information allows you to make informed decisions which you will be comfortable with. I know that if you are comfortable with your decision, you will be happy with my work.”

Chief among these is holding true to my core values which will enable me to deliver to my clients a rewarding, fun and satisfying experience.

CURRENT PROJECT

Congregation Har Shalom – Recent completion of renovation and expansion of the synagogue and educational wing and new site development and landscape.

141 Montezuma Fuller Alley – Loft conversion of a ninety year old carriage garage in old town. Reclaimed and salvaged materials from NCC deconstruct projects were incorporated into this modern high-end loft.

Mountain Avenue Renovation – Home built circa 1903, currently being remodeled and renovated. Refurbishment of some original woodwork and restoration to the original front porch design are some special highlights. Master suite conversion and new breakfast room are some modern touches with old world styling.
